PHOTO-VIDEO SERVICES

BASIC PACKAGE

• team: two operators (a photographer and a cameraman)

• unlimited number of processed photos, in printable format (JPG)

• the chronological shooting of the event processed full HD, PC/smart TV compatible

• photo/video session on the wedding day

• upon request, video materials will also be converted to formats compatible with less powerful devices (HD)

• the photo-video materials from the event will be sent online or/and  taught on digital media: stick, HDD,  property  the beneficiary, within the time frame specified in the contract

• For any problems encountered by our customers regarding the playback of materials on their devices or their loss/damage, we will archive and keep photo-video materials in our archive for a period of time of at least 6 months.  

• the package covers the time interval 8:00 - 24:00

OPTIONAL, AGAINST COST, can be added to the basic package:

    1. 4k shooting

    2. additional photo/video session (before or after the wedding)

    3. photo-video session – "Trash/Love the dress"

    4. "trailer"/"highlight" video clip​

    5. digital photo album (film made from the photos from the event), montage including video and sound effects (on digital media)

    6. short film with the main moments (1-2 hour montage)

    7. classic photo album for grooms, godparents, parents (via collaborators)

    8. photos printed during the event with dimensions of 150 x 100 mm. Photos made by thermal processes on a support with increased resistance to moisture and water.

    9. backup copy of photo-video materials on digital media: memory stick, HDD (property of the beneficiary)

  10. long-term archiving of photo-video materials

Depending on your preferences   as well as the particularities of the event, you can opt for:

  11. a cameraman (cameraman or photographer)

  12. two operators (a cameraman and a photographer)

  13. three operators (two photographers and a cameraman)

   14, three operators (two cameramen and a photographer)​​​

To the price of the basic package is added, where applicable:

  1. fuel price

  2. night rate in the amount of 600 lei/operator

  3. additional rate if the event takes place over several days

  4. per diem/operator in case of long distances covered in order to perform the services

  5. accommodation fee

  6. hourly/hourly/operator overage rate

  7. consideration for subsequent changes to the photo-video materials handed over after the deadline for checking and accepting the materials in the contract

      Depending on your preferences and the particularities of the event, you can opt for one service (one operator) or several services with two or more operators.

       We collect  a down payment at the conclusion of the contract (if applicable), its value will be deposited into the mentioned account  in the contract, failure to pay the advance payment within the established term implicitly leads to the unilateral cancellation of the contract and any agreements/tasks agreed upon.

       People who cannot come physically to sign the contract, will receive it by E-mail only after establishing the identity and the details regarding the event.

       We are open to your suggestions and preferences, in this case the services and prices  can be influenced / modified depending on the desired options/modifications, the particularities of the event, the working conditions, the necessary auxiliary equipment, the number of operators, the time assigned, etc.

       The final contracted photo-video products will be delivered promptly and seriously within the time frame established in the contract!
